The ladies 2s returned to their league match this week after Dudley 2s pulled out of the league. With the 2s desperate to redeem themselves and aiming for top of the league this season, tensions were high at the start of the game on who would be first to score first.

The first goal came about 10 minutes in from a perfectly taken strike from PJ at the top of the D from a short corner and opened the flood gates.
By half time, the Ladies 2s were 3-0 up, but with both the mids and forwards hungry for more, and the team went into the second half with a 0-0 mindset.
Another goal came, shortly succeeded by an unstoppable Tamworth goal.
The girls did not let this phase them and still managed to get another goal before full time with the final score of 5-1.

Goal scorers were: PJ (2), Abbie Richold (2) and Rachel Gunston (1).
