Our Boys u14s act as the first step of genuine junior performance teams for the boys, with the side entering the Midlands Junior Leagues and the England Hockey Knockout Cup to provide regular competition. The aim at this age group is to develop a team that will play together and thrive as they progress through the age groups, and the club places significant emphasis on ensuring that player development is at the forefront with this age group.

The vast majority also play either Badgers on a Saturday or for our senior teams, whilst our u14s are all welcome to attend junior training on Monday night with Dave Washington or Men's Coaching on Tuesdays with Ben Read. Guest players are welcomed into this age group.

In 2022/23, we have the largest group of Boys u14s yet, who will be coached by Head of Junior Hockey Dave Washington, who drops down the age groups following his success coaching the Boys u18s to National and Midlands Titles. Tony Curtis continues as Team Manager.
