For the 2022/23 season we are delighted to be able to enter our Girls u14s into both the Midlands Leagues and the EH Cup at Tier 2 Level. Over recent years this age group has gone from strength to strength. In 2019/20 we entered a Girls u14s side for the first time and they competed throughout the season in the England Hockey Tier 3 Championships. In 2020/21 they moved to 11-a-side beating Deeside before narrowly losing to Alderley Edge in the EH Knockout Cup, building on that further in 2021/22 as they won their Midlands Tier 2 League and competed against Tier 1 sides in the National Cup.

This year the Girls u14s A side comprises of a highly talented group of girls, aiming for a successful season in both the Midlands Junior Leagues and the EH Knockout Cup. The side will benefit from the coaching of Ladies & Junior Head Coach Sarah Ralphs every Monday night along with Annette Berg, and have high hopes for a successful season. The club will continue to welcome talented players from outside of the club to become involved with this squad. Matchday coaching will be supported by senior ladies from across the club, coordinated by Head of Girls Hockey Rachel Bayley.
