In 2022/23 there will be no Men's 6th XI in the league, as the club focuses on fielding five larger and fully competitive squads to provide hockey for all players. The ambition though is to add a 6th XI back in the 2023/24 season.

The Men's 6th XI first entered the leagues in 2020/21, demonstrating the fantastic growth of the club and the success of junior and Back to Hockey programmes. The majority of the side in the past has comprised of a mixture of talented young players stepping into senior hockey for the first time, along with players from Back to Hockey who are returning to the sport or taking it up for the first time. The prime purpose is about participation, but also ensuring that everyone can have access to enjoyable and competitive hockey.
